Terms and Conditions

**1. Scope of Work
1.1. The services provided by Web Excel Consulting include web development, design, and related services as detailed in the project proposal or contract.
1.2. Any additional work outside the scope of the initial agreement will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.

**2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payments are due as specified in the project contract or proposal.
2.2. A deposit may be required before the commencement of work. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as otherwise agreed.

**3. Project Timelines
3.1. Estimated project timelines are based on the information provided at the start and may be subject to change based on client feedback or additional requests.
3.2. Delays caused by the client, such as late feedback or missing information, may extend the project timeline.

**4. Client Responsibilities
4.1. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the successful completion of the project.
4.2. The client must review and provide feedback on deliverables within the agreed-upon timeframe.

**5. Revisions and Changes
5.1. The project includes some rounds of revisions as specified in the contract. Additional revisions or changes may incur extra charges.
5.2. Major changes to the scope of work will be documented and may affect the project timeline and cost.

**6. Ownership and Intellectual Property
6.1. Upon full payment, the client will own the final deliverables and associated intellectual property rights.
6.2. Web Excel Consulting retains the right to use the project in our portfolio and for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed upon.

**7. Confidentiality
7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential information received during the project confidential and not disclose it to third parties without consent.

**8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the contract with written notice.
8.2. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

**9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Web Excel Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the deliverables.

**10. Warranties and Disclaimers
10.1. We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner but do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.

**11. Modifications
11.1. Any changes to these terms and conditions will be made in writing and require mutual agreement.

**12. Force Majeure
12.1. Web Excel Consulting is not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters or acts of war.
